Return & Refund Policy

At Reemse, we value our customers' satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Returns & Exchanges

  • Duration: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange or return.
  • Condition: Items must be unstitched, unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Valid Reasons: Returns are accepted if the product is damaged, defective, or if the wrong design/color was sent.

2. Refunds

  • Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Method: Approved refunds will be processed via Bank Transfer or EasyPaisa within 5-7 working days.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was faulty.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items on Clearance Sale or discounted bundles cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Any product that has been stitched or altered according to your measurements.
